Pink lemonade. Dried florals, milk chocolate undertones. Juicy without being cloying. Transparent with a soft body.
This coffee comes from the Adado Washing Station, which is in the village of Shara, in the district of Guanga within the Yirgacheffe region. Not a mass of information on this coffee, but what we do know, is that it's delicious.
