You can cancel your subscription anytime. If you cancel after the order has been processed you will incur a $5.95 cancellation fee (to cover merchant fees, etc not recovered by us).

In order to cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account. Within the Your Subscription tab, click the Edit button on the subscription you would like to cancel. On this page there is a button Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the lefthand panel. You will be prompted to enter a reason for cancelling after which you are able to confirm your subscription cancellation. If you have multiple boxes and/or pantry items subscriptions you must cancel each individually. 

Please note, cancelling your subscription will not cancel any current orders in our system. If you wish to cancel your subscription after it has renewed, please get in touch directly at hello@organicease.com.au.

In the Payment Method tab you'll find the current method of payment along with the current billing address. Please note this will not update your shipping address also.

Log into your account. Within the Your Subscription tab, click the Edit button on the subscription you would like to skip. To skip the delivery, click Skip Shipment on the left side panel and designate the amount of weeks you wish to skip. 

If you have multiple boxes and/or pantry items subscriptions you follow the above process for each item individually. 

If your order has already been processed please email us at hello@organicease.com.au before your delivery cutoff which is 9am the day prior your delivery day. Thursday 9am if your order is for the Mildura area. 

Once logged in, click on Shipping Address tab and click on the shipping address you would like to edit. This only affects the shipping/delivery address, this does not update billing information related to the method of payment.

Please note selecting Add Shipping Address will add an additional address to your account that may not be linked with your current subscription(s). 

Once logged in, select the Your Subscription tab, then click Add Product. This will open a pop-up where you can search, view, and select additional products to add to your upcoming deliveries. You may also choose the frequency and first shipment date (please align with your existing box). 

Alternatively, you can also click on Edit next to your box subscription and add your additional items in that view.

Log into your account. Within the Your Subscription tab, click the Edit button on the subscription you would like to skip. To change your box subscription, click on the Product option in the left panel and follow the prompts on the sliding pop up. Navigate between box sizes and quantities, or if you would like to change the box completely select Swap Product. 

Please note, changing your box subscription will not adjust any live orders in our system. If you wish to change your subscription after it has renewed, please get in touch directly at hello@organicease.com.au.

Orders are delivered between 8am - 6pm on your chosen day. 

Special delivery instructions can be added at checkout - any details on how we can get your order to you more easily, safely and quickly are greatly appreciated. 

Metro and Greater Melbourne delivery available Tuesday through to Saturday. 

Regional Victoria delivery available on selected days. Enter your shipping details at checkout for up to date delivery information. 

Orders must be placed by 9am the previous day for your chosen day. Eg, for delivery on Tuesday orders must be in by 9am Monday. Orders placed after cut off will be held till your designated delivery day the following week unless otherwise notified. Please note that cut off for Mildura area is 9am Thursday for Saturday delivery.

Absolutely. All you need to do is change your next charge date by doing the following:

1. Log into your account, and click Upcoming Orders.
2. Select which deliveries you would like to skip. 
3. You are are able to skip deliveries up to three months in advance.

We have two billing days per week. 

If your order is delivered on a Tuesday or Wednesday your preferred payment method will be charged on the previous Friday. 

Orders delivered on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday are billed on Tuesday of that week. 

This will vary each week, depending on what's in season and what looks & tastes great. 

We update our product description each week to give you a rough idea of what will be in the box for the following week. We might need to change the contents of the box at last minute.

Organic Ease rolls with mother nature, so what we pop in the boxes changes according to seasonality and availability. 

However, you do have the option to exclude up to 4 items from your box each week. You can either add a note to your first order at the checkout or shoot us an email and let us know you rather not be forced to eat broccoli now that you're an adult.
