Organic Ease rolls with mother nature, so what we pop in the boxes changes according to seasonality and availability.
However, you do have the option to exclude up to 2 items from your box each week. You can either add a note to your first order at the checkout or shoot us an email and let us know you rather not be forced to eat broccoli now that you're an adult.
Our service is flexible, you can order whenever you wish. If you do want to order each week and don't want the hassle of logging in to our website or just keep forgetting to order, you can become an Organic Ease subscriber and we will deliver you a box automatically.
In order to cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account. Within the Subscriptionstab, click theCancellink next to the subscription order you would like to cancel. On the following page, you will be prompted to enter a cancellation reason.
In theBilling Informationtab you'll find the current method of payment along with the current billing address. However, this is not the same as the shipping address. You would edit the address in this section if your billing address has changed or if you need to update your email address.
Once logged in, click onDelivery Scheduleon the left to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions. To skip a delivery, you can clickSkipnext to the delivery you would like to skip. Similarly, to unskip a delivery, you would clickUnskipnext to the order.
Once logged in, click onSubscriptionsand clickEdit to the right of the address. This only affects the shipping/delivery address, this does not update billing information related to the method of payment.
You will be taken to a page where you can modify your shipping address fields.
Once logged in, select theSubscriptionstab, then clickAdd Product. This will open a pop-up where you can search, view, and select additional products to add to your upcoming deliveries. You may also choose the frequency and first shipment date.
